Un-Tuna Salad

It’s quick, cool, and light. If my girls shouts of, “more fofu,” are indication, it’s also incredibly delicious.

The sandwich was really delicious. It’s rye bread with lots of caraway flavor. It was definitely worth the extensive teeth and braces cleaning that was required after I ate it.
